1. Poster Size
Posters should be no larger than 841 mm wide by 1189 mm high (A0 size) in portrait orientation. Please do not exceed this size.
2. Poster Preparation
All illustrations, charts, and text materials must be prepared ahead of the meeting. No printing facilities will not be available during the meeting.
3. Poster Setup and Removal
All posters must be set up one hour before your poster session. Please put up your poster on the board along with your poster number. Remove your poster after the session of the day. Pushpins will be provided in the room.
4. Schedule & Place
- Dates & Time:
June 1 (Wed) 17:40 -19:10
June 2 (Thu) 17:40-19:10
June 3 (Fri) 12:40-14:40
- Place: Atrium (same place as Exhibition)
5. ISSP 2026 Award
The posters will be judged for the award during the poster session. The presenters must be present near their poster during the duration of the poster session.
