  • Drinks and light meals will be served during the poster session and industrial exhibition

  • Maiko and Geiko, female entertainers, will perform traditional Japanese music & dances.

3.   E-Abstract Book Download & Program Scheduler

The abstract document is available using our CONFIT online program scheduler. 

Note: Password for the PDF document access will be delivered to registrants from July 2 (Tue)

4.   Other Information

  • Wi-Fi access

WLAN access for the conference participants will be available at the Science Hall & Foyer.

Log-in and Password are described at the back-side of your name plates.

 

  • Coffee breaks

Hot and cold beverages will be served during the coffee breaks at Foyer, in front of the Science Hall, the hall for main oral session.

 

  • Lunch and Dinner

Except the Poster sessions, lunch and dinner will NOT be provided by the conference.
